Refund Policy

At Yedi’s Kitchen, all services are prepared and scheduled specifically for each client. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Cancellations

Services may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable and the full amount will be charged.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or being unavailable at the time of service will result in no refund or credit.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
